Because each doll is handcrafted, please allow adequate time for both the creation and shipping of your special item.

Order Processing Time

Handmade to Order: Each reborn doll is made by hand. Please allow 7 days for processing before shipment.
Ready-to-Ship Items: If labeled as ready-to-ship, these will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (UK):

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail or courier): 2–5 business days

Packaging

Each doll is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Sustainable or recyclable packaging materials may be used wherever possible.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we always aim to ship on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., postal strikes, extreme weather, customs delays) may occasionally affect shipping times. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
